The pupils receive theoretical and practical training. We offer these young people basic preparation for life skills that they can then use for employment.

The best students are apprenticed in construction jobs. They are regularly followed-up by the project co-ordinator who at also confers with the construction company with regard to the student’s progress and contribution.

The student receives a wage paid to him/her proportionately by both the construction company and the school’s management.

Once the apprenticeship period has ended, the construction company reserves the option of hiring the student under a regular contract.
