Cette formation, réalisée en 2006, est à l’origine d’une micro-entreprise de production, où 4 jeunes assument la gestion de la boulangerie de l’école.

It was made possible thanks to the micro-credits granted annually by the school.

This activity is currently self-sustaining. The bakery not only provides bread to the school students but also to the nearby rural community.

With the clay oven and tips from tourists through the “Caring Tourism” and “Tourism and Training” programmes, the youngsters learned to make pizza, cakes, baguettes, and other foods.

Training now also includes making honey bread, coconut pastries and banana cakes.
